Prices may be changed at any time. The applicable price for an order will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm an order or cancel an order where necessary, including situations involving:

• Incorrect pricing
• Incorrect product information
• Stock availability issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect customer information
• Delivery limitations

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers agree to pay the full confirmed amount upon receiving the order.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Pre-order products are products that are currently unavailable or have limited local stock.

Estimated availability dates are provided as an indication and may change due to supplier availability, shipping, customs clearance, or other circumstances.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched or processed for fulfilment. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been shipped or prepared for delivery.

All website content, including the brand name, logo, graphics, text, images, and other original materials, belongs to ZeeMuo or its respective owners and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
